EARLY CHECK IN POLICY

We understand that travel plans don’t always fit perfectly into standard check-in times.
Early check-in is available subject to room availability and housekeeping readiness.

Standard check-in: from 14h00

Early check-in: from 11h00, if the room is ready

Fee: R250 for arrivals before 13h00 (waived if the room is available and ready on the day)

Requests: Please let us know in advance so we can prioritise your room where possible


We’ll always do our best to accommodate early arrivals, but as a small boutique property, this depends on our occupancy and cleaning schedule.

LATE CHECK OUT

We understand that guests may occasionally require a little extra time before departing. Where possible, we are happy to offer late check-outs, subject to availability and our housekeeping schedule.

Standard Check-Out: By 10h00

Late Check-Out: Available on request, subject to room availability

Late Check-Out Fee:

R150 per hour after 10h00
Charged in 60-minute intervals
Maximum extension depends on same-day arrivals and operational requirements
How to Request:
Please let us know in advance if you require a late check-out so we can confirm availability and adjust our housekeeping planning accordingly.

As a boutique property, late departures can impact incoming guests, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.

LATE CHECK IN

We understand that travel delays and long journeys may cause guests to arrive later than expected. To ensure you are warmly welcomed and properly assisted, we offer a late check-in service after standard hours.

Standard Check-In: From 14h00 to 19h00

Late Check-In: After 19h00, subject to prior arrangement

Late Check-In Fee:

R250 for arrivals after 19h00
This fee covers the cost of having a staff member available after hours to meet you, assist with access, and complete the check-in process
How to Request:
If you expect to arrive after 19h00, please let us know in advance so we can ensure someone is available to assist you upon arrival.

As a boutique property with limited evening staff, late check-ins must be arranged ahead of time to ensure smooth arrival and guest support.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while also protecting our small boutique property from last-minute losses.

Free Cancellation:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date qualify for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Period:

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund, as the room has been reserved exclusively for you and may be difficult to rebook at short notice.
No-Show Policy:

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be charged the full reservation amount.
Changes to Bookings:

Date changes may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to amend your booking.
